The Analyst, Security (Investigator and Executive Security Officer) is responsible in the investigations, compliance and assessments of assigned fraud and domestic violence cases. Will oversee the president's personal security detail or for the executive assigned. Position works onsite based in San Juan, PR.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate any service related to the security systems installed in the executive's residences as needed and will be present during the installation and/or maintenance of mentioned systems.
- Report any suspicious activity that may put in danger the president's or his family security immediately to the Corporate Security Director. This will be done verbally, but afterwards will prepare a detailed report about the details of the incident.
- When the President and/or his family are out of Puerto Rico, will perform daily inspections of the president's residence and will present a written report about the service provided.
- Responsible for the vehicles used by the executive to whom he provides services, and to maintain said vehicles in perfect mechanical and appearance conditions. Before ending his daily tasks, will ensure the vehicle is refueled, in said inspection will also verify the gas tank indicator is not below half a tank.
- Make sure the first aid kit and the fire extinguisher of the vehicles used to transport the president and other executives is in perfect working order.
- Participate in training in the use and handling of firearms at least twice a year.
- Perform any other function that may be assigned by the Corporate Security Director or by the executive to whom it provides services. Furthermore, will perform any tasks deemed necessary to do so.
- Identify security risk and provide immediate response.
- Cooperate with and assist law enforcement agencies.
- Develop, recommend, and implement security policies, training, and procedures, in compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Ensure fraud and domestic violence investigations are performed in a timely manner and in compliance with federal and local regulations.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice or related field required.
- Three (3) years of experience as an investigator, fraud investigator, law enforcement agent or related experience required.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid automobile driver's license issued by Puerto Rico's Transportation and Public Works Department required.
- Skilled in the use and handling of firearms.
- Must possess a valid Concealed Carry Permit (PR firearms license) and driver's license (PR state).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business apps required.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
- Available to work on call all seven (7) days of the week.
