Annealing Operator (2nd Shift) - Ametek : Job Details

Shift available: Second shift (2 pm-10 pm flex) Pay range: $27/hr $1.00 hr shift differential Must be able to train on first shift for first four months - Overtime is available! Setting up and operating various production equipment including rolling, annealing, grinding, welding, slitting, flattening, leveling, packaging, and other miscellaneous equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate a wide range of production equipment including rolling, annealing, grinding, welding, slitting, flattening, leveling, and packaging machinery. Adjust operating parameters to meet product specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production equipment. Acquire necessary certifications to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. Conduct quality checks using various measuring tools to ensure products meet internal and customer standards; submit samples for QC approval. Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
