Summary: As an ACCOUNTING CLERK, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing all incoming invoices to ensure proper authorization for payment. You will fulfill various requests for accounts payable information including required information for the annual audit. You will maintain credit invoice file to ensure proper reimbursement is received. You will process bi-weekly check runs matching invoices and checks and ensuring timeliness of payment. Other information: QUALIFICATIONS: -Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college with concentration in Business Administration. Two years related experience and/or training in lieu of education -Experience with Microsoft Office Suites required -Detail orientated, analytical and ability to problem solve required -Effective oral and written communication skills required -Ability to pass a criminal background check WHAT WE OFFER:
