They are seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join their team and contribute to their continued success.Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve issues.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system.Prepare and distribute customer statements, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.Assist with month-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve inquiries.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preferably in the automotive industry.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
