BENEFITS: Medical insurance, 401K, sick leave, and employee assistance program. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join our tech team in Sacramento. - Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and reconciling vendor statements
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any payment or billing issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies and procedures
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- AA or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- 2-7 years of related experience.
