AP Clerk - Express Employment : Job Details

Top Job Located in Portland, OR Salary: $20-22/hrsOur new client in Portland is hiring an entry level AP Clerk! The perfect person for this role will have just graduated with an accounting degree or is looking to get into the accounting field. You must be a quick learner, self-starter, motivated, and organized. • Will be in putting invoices and new account information
• Processing and collecting payment daily
• Work with control to process client commissions
• General account balancing and management
• General admin tasks around the office: filing, sorting, shredding

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:

• High School Diploma or GED requires
• Strong customer service experience required
• Account payable or Bookkeeping experience preferred
• Prior SAP training experience preferred
• Prior multi-line phone system knowledge required

Pay: $20.00 - 22.00 / Hour - Depending on ExperienceSchedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm Benefits:
