As an industry leader in the IoT space, our systems are deployed in every state and adopted by Fortune 500 enterprise companies who share this vision.ABOUT THIS ROLE As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be critical in ensuring our accounts payable processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to analyze reports, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with both vendors and internal teams will be key to your success in this role. Maintaining good relationships with our vendors will help contribute to the overall success of LVT.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Fulfill the processing of invoices, and payment transactions.
  • Ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage the vendor payment process, including ACH payments, and wire transfers.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure proper authorization and compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementation of best practices.
  • Develop, document, and maintain accounts payable policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Automate and streamline accounts payable processes to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Assist with internal audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate vendor records.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate period and year-end closing.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable role.
  • Acumatica experience or similar ERP systems.
  • Organized and excellent at time management.
  • Proficient in accounts payable software and ERP systems.
  • Analytical and a problem-solver.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • An effective communicator and personable.
  • Knowledgeable about GAAP and financial regulations.
