The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate payment of all invoices made through the Purchase to Pay process. The AP Manager will promptly communicate with vendors who inquire on these payments and ensure accurate entry of invoices into the system of any invoice paid and reconcile them against the inventory received. Responsibilities:
- Oversees the workflow and productivity of all areas of the A/P Inventory department.
- Delegates and prioritizes assignments based on complexity and availability of team resources.
- Implements procedural and policy changes to improve departmental efficiency.
- Ensures accurate approval and processing of all invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintains controls on payment disbursement process.
- Ensures timely reconciliation, authorization, and payment of company credit card purchases in a timely manner .
Requirements:

- Experience with 3 way match, and order to cash software
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- 2 years managerial experience
- Utilization of Microsoft Office
- Salesforce
- Coupa or any P2P software
- Retail/wholesale industry experience
Compensation: $110,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.#SONINY
