Job DetailsResponsibilities:1. Overseeing the accounts payable process for multiple locations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.2. Managing vendor relationships, resolving any invoice discrepancies, and maintaining accurate vendor records.3. Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts payable reports.4. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.5. Collaborating with other departments to improve financial processes and systems, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.6. Participating in financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations for accounts payable transactions.7. Continuously staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes that may affect the accounts payable process.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in the hospitality industry.2. Proven experience managing the accounts payable process for multiple locations.3. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.6. Proficiency in using accounting software and other financial systems.7. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.9.
