Apartment Building Maintenance - Accessible Space : Job Details

Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking a Full-time experiencedProperty Caretaker for 2 apartment buildings in Duluth, MN (Haines Road and Junction Ave) for general upkeep and light maintenance.

Competitive pay and generous benefits!! Caretaker unit available (not required) Rent Free!! As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Minor maintenance
• Cleaning
• Apartment turns
• Work order completion
• Grounds maintenance, etc.Qualifications:
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor buildin and maintenancerepairs
• Be professional and dependable with the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Must be available to complete general work responsibilities
• Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a.m. and 6p.m.
