Summary: To be responsible for the watering of all turf, shrub and planted areas so that they stay in a green, healthy and attractive condition; to maintain all exterior areas of the complex, including stairwells, sidewalks, dumpster areas and parking lots, in a clean and litter-free condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Patrol of grounds each morning for removal of litter.
Cleaning of entryways and stairwells, using backpack blower to remove leaves, debris and cobwebs from corners and recesses of each building.
Sweeping and/or blowing off of all sidewalks and parking areas, including the dumpster areas.
Perform adequate watering, as required, on a daily basis during summer months.
When above duties have been completed, additional responsibilities include:
* Exterior painting
* Exterior repair
* Pool, Jacuzzi and spa maintenance
* Interior apartment cleaning
* Interior apartment painting

Education/Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, specification sheets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Legacy Partners also provides paid sick leave and vacation benefits. All team members accrue sick time at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours of work, capped at 120 hours. Vacation time is accrued at the rate of 0.0385 hours for every hour worked up to 80 hours worked each pay period, capped at 120 hours during the first five years of employment.
