Hey there! We are Providence Real Estate and we're currently seeking a full-time Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team at Pine Harbor Apartments in Orlando, FL. THE BASICSPay: This position offers competitive pay ranging from $18 - $22 per hour. Schedule: As an Apartment Leasing Agent, your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, with additional shifts on most Saturdays. YOUR DAY AS AN APARTMENT LEASING AGENT Your day will involve welcoming prospective residents, conducting property tours, processing Leasing applications, and assisting with move-in and move-out procedures. You'll also help maintain office systems and handle apartment turnovers. Each interaction presents an opportunity to showcase our community and provide exceptional service to potential residents. REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of leasing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation
• Strong closing skills
