APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANAs an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Carpathia Management, LLC, your primary responsibilities include the overall maintenance of several small apartment properties.In this role you will:
  • Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
  • Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
  • Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
  • Make sure all unoccupied units are move-in ready.
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program.
  • Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping.
  • Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
As the ideal candidate you have ...
  • A High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • HVAC Certification required.
  • A valid driver's license.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and positively with internal teams and external partners.
  • The ability to work independently and/or collaboratively on assignments.
  • Must be willing to travel 50+ miles outside of Tulsa and have reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary to accomplish project goals.
  • Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other commonly used business-related items.
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs when necessary.
  • Stand, climb, bend, and stoop on a regular, daily basis.
  • Use hands and arms to handle, install, position, and move materials and manipulate items when needed.
  • Use visual and auditory skills.
