We are your foot in the door for the apartment communities in the Hampton Roads area! We work with communities throughout the seven cities so you'll never have to commute far!

Responsibilities for our maintenance techs include experience in:

· Painting

· Drywall Repair

· Plumbing

· Apartment Maintenance

· Turns

· Work Orders

· HVAC experience not required but definitely a PLUS!!
