SMI Realty Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Baytown, TX. The Maintenance position requires two years of experience minimum as well as EPA HVAC Universal or Type 2 certification. All applicants must pass a thorough background check and drug test.As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility is to run work order tickets to repair items called in by residents. Our company depends on your expertise to provide a great place to live for our tenants. The qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, and make-ready procedures.
