APP (NP & PA) – Family Health Centers - Community Memorial Hospital : Job Details

Community Memorial Hospital is currently looking for Primary Care Advanced Practice Providers for our Family Health Centers.

This is an excellent opportunity for providers to bring their skills and knowledge to a collegial atmosphere, evidence based, quality driven, patient centered practice. Willingness to work with children of all ages is a must.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Outpatient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
