We are searching for a Full-Time Designer II for our apparel industry client. In this position, you will lead the design and contribute to the strategy of the Men's Training product line, bringing fresh ideas to the largest category. Interested in learning more? As a Designer II, you will:

  • Work under the Category Design Director to manage multiple product platforms aligned with merchandising briefs, price points, and margin targets.
  • Develop and execute clear sketches, technical packages, and bills of materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a key contact for meetings, lab dip approvals, and fittings.
  • Create and present category content, including merch pages, decks, mood boards, and trim and fabric boards.
  • Present designs at milestone meetings and collaborate with leadership and partners.
  • Oversee design and color updates, managing flat sketches, tech packs, and bills of materials.
  • Influence category policies and procedures related to design.
  • Mentor and coach junior-level teammates.

Who we're searching for / About you:

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience, with expertise in the training category highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Excellent ability to express concepts and ideas through sketching.
  • Passionate about creating cutting-edge, elevated, and compelling designs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Comfortable presenting work to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Education: BA, BFA, or BS in Apparel, Graphic, or Industrial Design preferred.
