Summary:
This is an IT position working with our users to provide technical support and maintenance for our existing web and application platforms, including Office 365, WordPress and custom applications. Will work closely with stakeholders and the development team to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements of these systems. May conduct user training and project tracking functions, as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for users, including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint Online, WordPress, Power Automate, and custom applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web and application platforms.
Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications, including testing, user documentation and training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Maintain and review security posture.
Coordinate support requests and maintain support log.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
May need to perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent certifications and experience
3+ years maintaining web-based sites and applications.
2+ years using Power Platform or similar tools.
2+ years building and managing SharePoint-centric applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML and PHP.
Familiarity with database management and SQL.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals).
