EDC Corporation is currently seeking an application support engineer to join our growing development and customer support team. The chosen candidate will provide software application support, troubleshoot client issues, establish the root cause of application errors, and work closely with clients to communicate progress and resolutions.
This position will also provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to grow into our Junior Software Developer position, implementing new features and application enhancements.
We are seeking candidates that enjoy problem solving while providing personalized support to clients and implementing technical solutions.
