DescriptionJob Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for assisting internal and external stakeholders in leveraging our tech stack to achieve efficient and accurate end user data management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS platforms, and enterprise software. Must possess strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills. Your expertise in application management, documentation, and technology will be crucial in this role. This is an onsite position and does not offer opportunity for remote work. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our software applications.
  • Clean, organize, and import data into our existing systems using Excel, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure seamless integration between different software platforms to streamline business processes.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues related to software applications.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve software-related processes and workflows.
  • Deliver user and technical support for a subset of software applications, acting as second-level support to the Help Desk staff.
  • Investigate and resolve user-reported issues, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive user and training documentation.
  • Assist in requirements gathering for application change requests and new application needs
  • Assist with maintaining application configurations and security settings as needed.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide end user support on application and software fundamentals as needed with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects related to software testing and implementation.
  • Oversee maintenance and data management of service offerings
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Or relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data cleanup, manipulation, and importing, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation.
  • Familiarity with APIs, database management, and basic coding/scripting for integration purposes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, ERP systems, and other enterprise software.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing business software applications.
  • Experience with project management principles and software implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation ranges from $33 to $38.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Note: All positions at our company are paid positions, onsite and non-remote. We do not offer work from home, or remote opportunities. Why Join Us?
