**Applications Support Specialist (Hybrid Location)**

Application Support Representatives work with users to identify and resolve issues related to the software.

This is a hybrid location position. We are flexible.

*Duties/Responsibilities:*

* Provide support and guidance to users to resolve problems related to Datacor ERP.

* Communicate with users via phone and email to identify user issues and determine what steps have already been taken to resolve the issue.

* Apply knowledge of software to identify and assist users in identifying and correcting issues.

* Maintain logs of support services provided in the ticketing system

* Work on projects as assigned (e.g. form design and report changes)

* Identify trends in root causes to help create knowledge base articles

*Qualifications:*

4 Year College degree, business administration, accounting, computer science, mathematics, engineering preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer Service experience preferred

Software support experience

Datacor ERP experience a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills

Good time management

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
