Calista CorporationRegularJOB SUMMARY: The Applications Systems Analyst position assists IT and multiple departments in the management and support of various critical business applications and processes. This position will serve as a team member of the Application Team for Calista IT. Responsibilities will include administration, documentation, and research to ensure safe and efficient operations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage and Assist teams that manage software suites and business applications run within Calista and supported subsidiaries.
  • Maintain high level confidential company documents and sensitive data.
  • Implement information assurance principles and organizational requirements to protect confidentiality.
  • Assist with requirements gathering and research to find and deploy applications for new and existing processes.
  • Assist with or perform user trainings on new or existing processes and software.
  • Assist with user communication and management of support ticket system.
  • Provide off hours support, as needed, to support product enhancements and updates.
  • Evaluate and pursue more efficient solutions to existing processes.
  • Assist with documentation processes and procedural updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and make efficient use of time.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with the ability to gather and apply requirements to improve business applications and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; must have strong documentation skillset.
  • Knowledge of access and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, while maintaining high level confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and take direction, and offer suggestions.
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize or elevate support requests.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and follow the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ability to actively listen, and to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to interact in a professional and ethical manner with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Possess a wide range of concepts, practices, and procedures experience covering systems software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish agreed upon milestones as required.
  • Ability to work in a Native Corporation multi-business environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors in computer science or related field.
  • Two years' experience in software support in an enterprise software environment, preferred.
  • Experience in Business functions and terminology.
  • Experience with server administration is a plus.
  • Valid state driver's license and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Calista's Driving Policy
  • Ability to pass a background, drug, and reference check.
