For more information about GAF Energy, visit www.gaf.energy.What part will you play?We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as an Events/Training Coordinator. In this role, you will primarily support the Product Applications team by coordinating training-related activities for our partner roofer development programs. The role will be based in Georgetown, TX.What will you do?
  • Support coordination and scheduling of training venues.
  • Maintain/update training calendars.
  • Organize meals, supplies, materials & logistics for training events.
  • Audio Visual Support: Needs assessment, implementation, support and troubleshooting.
  • Work cooperatively with marketing and Learning Platform administrators to support the communication, administration and implementation of digital and instructor led training.
  • Work with third-party suppliers as needed to support organizational needs i.e Swag purchases & requests for training materials.
  • Coordinate demonstration and tour requests from other GTX business segments as well as resources required to accommodate.
  • Support reporting needs across Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, and Google Analytics.
  • Track, analyze and interpret key performance metrics to determine learning program effectiveness and impact.
  • Generate pre and post training completion reports.
  • Manage one-to-one customer communications and proactively address customer requests.
  • Coordinate discipline specific contractor certification activity including verification, recording, expiration management, rewards and recognition
  • Support quick website updates or landing page adjustments.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and prepare the Georgetown CARE training facility for upcoming events.
What do we require from you?
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a desire to learn.
  • Managing multiple tasks, events and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Customer-centric mindset, aiming to create memorable experiences across all brand touch-points.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Docebo, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Slides, Chat, Forms, Sheets, and Docs).
  • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proven strategies in change management, problem-solving, and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with training effectiveness and evaluation strategies, including survey design, distribution, and analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • 5-10% domestic travel as needed
