MoreSMILES Dental Spa is now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Dental Appointment and New Patient Coordinator to join our team in beautiful Mandeville, Louisiana.

As the first point of contact for our patients, the Full Time Dental Appointment and New Patient Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our busy multi-provider dental practice.

Full Time Dental Appointment and New Patient Coordinator Schedule

Monday and Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm (huddle is 8-8:30am)

Tuesday and Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm (huddle is 7-7:30am)

Friday 8:00am to 1:00pm (huddle is 8-8:30am)

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
  • Patient check in/out
  • Coordinating patient payments
  • Answers incoming calls
  • Confirm appointments
  • Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
  • Additional duties as specified
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous dental front office experience in a multi-provider practice is highly preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented and commitment to providing outstanding patient care
  • Reliable and collaborative team member
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain composure in a high-pressure environment
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
