Responsibilities:
- Offering best in class customer service to every customer both on the phone and via email
- Answering inbound phone calls and scheduling appointments in our scheduling tool (time highway)
- Learning basic operation codes for common services
- Determining the proper service needed and consulting the customer as to that service
- Advise on required maintenance recommendations
- Learning the scheduling system for the Service Department and understanding scheduling needs
- After Service Follow Up call to ensure that their service experience went as expected
- Declined Service follow up calls to generate sales, to ensure returned service work
- Other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills a must
- Ability to effectively communicate in person, by email and phone
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must possess basic computer skills in order to use a variety of electronic systems to access customer-related data, satisfy training requirements and use job-specific applications and customer retention management tools
- Professional appearance
- High level of energy and desire to learn and grow in a team orientated atmosphere
- Willing to train the right candidate!
Hours:Hours may vary, but majority of hours will be from 10am-6pm to ensure full coverage until end of business day.
