Job brief We are looking for an Appointment Coordinator to support our Automotive Service Department. We need a take charge person, capable of working in a very busy shop. The ability to deliver a world-class, customer service experience is a must. Knowledge of ADP/CDK is a plus but not essential. Warranty experience is a must. Knowledge of this type of position and the automotive service industry is required. Responsibilities
- Greet customer in a timely manner. Establish positive rapport immediately and ongoing.
- Answer phones, schedule service appointments and perform follow-up calls.
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
- Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
- Maintaining organized, clean workspace and accounting for dealership related to this position.
- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service and warranty needs.
- Listen to the customer, answer their questions, and direct customers appropriately as they request.
- Advise on recommended maintenance
- Confirm scheduled & missed appointments
- Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years related experience working in customer service roles
