Position Overview:
Are you a self starter with great customer service skills looking to join a family oriented company? We are searching for a professional, entergetic individual to join our team as an appointment scheduler. As a key player and first point of contact for our clients, you will organize appointments, an communicate with clients and other staff. This role requires someone who can work independently and as a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and email correspondence.
- Call and/or text both existing and potential clients to schedule appointments for management.
- Update calendars
- Manage cancellations and rescheduling
- Verify client information
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy when speaking with clients
