The Appointment Setter primary responsibility is to generate leads and set appointments for the branch sales professionals.. This position will act as a liaison between customers wishing to increase pest prevention in their homes and the sales professionals that will meet them face to face. This role establishes key relationships with new and existing clients in order to offer targeted support and services upon review of the customers' specific needs and concerns. Incumbents in this role will act to educate and inform customers of the products and services we offer in an effort to provide top level protection of their home. This role requires a high degree of professionalism during interactions, in both internal and external communications. This position will acknowledge and track customer preferences and stay informed of sales strategies, packages and promotions and effectively relay all details to customers.   • Work effectively in a high-volume, Omni-channel environment.
  • Ensure professional communication skills are exhibited in all forms of contact with customers and fellow team members.
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to set home inspection appointments
  • Utilize our systems, tools and resources to accomplish results and achieve goals.
  • Ability to uphold customer service standards
  • Collaborate with the sales and admin teams to schedule appointments based on availability
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM software
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situation
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 years customer service experience - required
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and appointments - required
  • Professional communication skills and business acumen - required
  • Work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - preferred
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting - preferred
  • Ability to persuasively present company's unique products and services in order to meet customers' needs and provide effective protection of their home / business - preferred
