Appointment Generator – Join Our Mission at Bravo Zulu House
Are you a strong communicator with a passion for making meaningful connections? Bravo Zulu House, a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to play a crucial role in our donor outreach efforts. Preference given to Military Veterans.
This is not a fundraising or solicitation position—your focus will be securing appointments with potential corporate donors, primarily Martin County business executives, for our CEO/Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate Contact: Make outbound calls to prospective corporate donors, scheduling Zoom or in-person meetings with the CEO/Executive Director of Bravo Zulu House.
- Communicate Our Mission: Understand and clearly convey our mission and services to potential donors.
- Manage Data Efficiently: Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Ensure Follow-Up: Confirm appointments, send follow-up materials when needed, and express appreciation through thank-you notes.
What We're Looking For
- Veterans Strongly Encouraged to Apply – We value military experience and the discipline, perseverance, and communication skills it fosters.
- Exceptional Communication Skills – Ability to confidently and persuasively engage potential donors over the phone.
- Strong Time Management – Ability to stay focused and productive during outreach efforts, experimenting with both phone and email to optimize results.
- Persistence & Resilience – Comfortable handling rejection with a positive attitude and continuing outreach efforts until a YES or NO decision is reached.
- Tech-Savviness – Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking outreach efforts.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Proven success in public speaking, debate, drama, sales, or similar fields where strong oral communication skills are essential.
- Ability to maintain motivation and enthusiasm, even when facing rejection.
- A positive attitude with demonstrated experience in overcoming setbacks in life.
- Must be a current or former long-term resident of Martin County.
Compensation & Benefits
- Reports directly to the CEO.
- Hourly pay plus per-appointment bonus – Top performers can earn $30–$50 per hour.
- Fully remote – Work from the location of your choice.
