Appointment setters will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.Responsibilities:
- Calling and receiving calls from clients
- Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
- Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
- Attending ongoing, optional training sessions
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and ease with a range of software programs
