Job DetailsJob LocationRemote Worker - Salem, ORSalary Range$25.00 - $28.00 HourlyDescriptionPosition Summary: The Appraisal Coordinator will be responsible for managing/maintaining an appraisal order pipeline.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Maintain and organize an appraisal order pipeline.
- Pipeline management includes:
- Verifying the LE/ITP and purchase contract have been received.
- Verify mortgage customers have submitted their credit card authorization prior to the order.
- Verify orders are picked up by appraisers on WVBK panel.
- Follow up on the orders with the appraisers directly to ensure delivery before or on expected due date.
- Provide appraiser any additional information needed to complete assignment.
- Communicate issues with branch teams via our LOS and by email.
- Review and assign out all desk or field reviews.
- Troubleshoot EAD and UCDP Errors.
- Return internal and external customer emails and phone calls within two hours of receipt.
- Report to all required meetings on time and be prepared.
- Report to all training sessions on time and be prepared.
- Provide team backup as needed.
- Follow all company and industry, guidelines and policies.
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by Manager.
- Comply with and follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as governing laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to: performing all assigned duties under the WVBK compliance programs and related laws and regulations. Successfully completing all mandatory compliance training as assigned in a timely manner.

- Knowledge of mortgage industry practices and regulations

- Strong customer service values and the ability to deliver a high level of responsiveness to both internal and external customers
- Strong PC skills (MS Office) required, must have experience with Mortgage origination systems, platforms tools and technology.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Must have recent mortgage experience i.e.: processing, closing or post-closing
- Strong computer skills required
- Exceptional attention to detail

Works during the day and during the week. Some positions may require overtime and working evenings or weekends. Occasional travel to other work sites, conferences, training or meetings may be required.
