The successful candidate will be completing a 4-year apprenticeship which includes the completion of a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications. This role is a full-time position based in Griffith, NSW.In this role you will:Assist in maintaining MI's automation technology including electronic instrumentation, communications, and motorised equipment.Install, calibrate, and inspect assets in accordance with agreed work instructions and schedules.Diagnose electronic and communications issues and apply various fault-finding techniques, including via SCADA and other software tools.Plan, coordinate and undertake works in accordance with safe work practices.Maintain record and data integrity in accordance with agreed procedures.About usMurrumbidgee Irrigation (MI) is one of Australia's largest private irrigation companies, serving over 3,000+ landholdings across 378,000+ hectares.
