Learners start with off the job training covering 2.5 days a week at In-Comm Aldridge and then spending 2.5 days a week on the job. The successful apprentice will work towards:Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence) and begin their Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge). This knowledge element spans the whole of the programme.
