Aquatics Director - The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America : Job Details

The position includes supervision of the indoor pool, along with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating programs.

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certifications / Training: Maintain current certification in the following:
• YMCA Lifeguard Certification
• YMCA Swim Instructor Certification
• YMCA Swim Trainer Certification
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• PALS - Principles of Aquatics Leadership
