Water safety instructor must be an energetic, dedicated and motivated individual who enjoys swimming and teaching children or adults.Lifeguard Minimum Certification: American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer with AED Must be at least 16 years of age. Lifeguards will create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere to give customers a sense of belonging. Lifeguards must be reliable, courteous, and ready to act. Water Safety Aide Minimum Certification: American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Aide Certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.
