Our client in Midtown Manhattan, NY is in immediate need of an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant. This role involves managing invoicing, payment posting, and collections, along with reconciling accounts receivable balances to the general ledger. Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis, are required. The position also supports month-end close, reporting, and audit documentation. • Perform accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
• Ensure accurate data entry for customer payments and maintain detailed records.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances to the general ledger.
• Excel skills required, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Assist with month-end close and generate reports as needed.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation for AR-related activities.
