Job Location : Macon,GA, USA
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconcile, and create financial reports using Quickbooks
* Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets
* Maintain HR, tax, insurance, and financial requirements
* Input, update, and closeout claims using company internal program
* Maintain all vendor & subcontractor COI's
* Complete all accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, and collections
* Process all new hire paperwork, background checks, and
* Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements.
* Review and match transactions daily
Primary Responsibilities
* 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (most recent versions)
* 3+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be a team player
* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
