AR/AP Clerk - Hedy Holmes Staffing : Job Details

Position: AR/AP ClerkPay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 /hourlyLocation: Lathrop, CASchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pmJob Description: We are seeking an AR/AP Clerk to process and track invoices for payment to include, but not limited to: scanning invoice documentation for electronic routing and approval, match invoices to corresponding purchase orders, electronically attach supporting documentation to the invoice record, and data entry of invoices for payment processing.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reconcile invoices, statements and reports to ensure invoices are paid according to terms
• Process credit card receipts and reconcile statements
• Assist with lien releases and track vendor insurance
• Job cost receivables to appropriate line item and reporting
• Provide support for financial statement preparation

Qualifications:

• Proficient with 300 ERP NetSuite System Accounting software
• Strong ability in account reconciliation and documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Construction AR experience preferred 3-5 years.
