About Our Client Our client is a fragrance brand located on Long Island. They have continued to grow in their market and look to expand their footprint in the next decade. Job Description

• Follow up & collect on bill backs
• Start tracers and/or claims with carriers for missing shipments
• Monitor customer web sites for pending performance deductions- verify if valid
• Process documents for scanning
• Generate EOM reports for adjustments made
• Assist supervisor in maintain PCA schedule
• Prepare PCA packages for approvals
• Work on traffic disputes
• Help in processing returns
