AR CLERK - START MONDAY! - Creative Financial Staffing : Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AR CLERK:

• The AR Clerk will collect, organize, enter, and post all payments - approximately 50-60/day
  • Some payments may need matched with relevant invoice
  • Post payment to client account and email updated statement
• The AR Clerk will assist with once-weekly with light Aging follow up and answer client questions
• Perform a daily reconciliation of posted payments in system to actuals in bank account for accuracy

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE AR CLERK ROLE:

• AR experience is required
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new computer systems is essential
• Any ERP system experience is a plus, but not a must
