All positions require that the applicant be a resident of Wyandotte county or willing to relocate within (12) months from the date of hire. And submit proof of identity and employment eligibility.JOB DESCRIPTION:The Architect/Construction Management oversees the entire construction process, from the initial planning stages to project completion. Duties include planning and design of projects by working closely with contractors and engineers, budgeting and cost management - monitoring expenses throughout the project, procurement and supply chain management, manage project schedules, conduct meetings and communicate effectively QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Construction Management or related field and three years' experience in vertical contracting projects or Architecture; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skill in designing and coordinating major building improvements and renovations; providing oversight/guidance to contractors and preparing detailed architectural reports. Knowledge of architectural practices, procedures, methodologies and Engineering principles. Salary Range:$29.62-$40.43/hr.
