• US Citizenship
• B.A. / B.S. with major in Architecture from an accredited school.
• Tennessee licensed architect.
• A minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in industrial and commercial building designs and project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit modeling with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience,
• Strong organizational skills & detail-orientation,
• Knowledgeable in DoD and UFC/IBC codes as well as local codes & regulations.
