Job Description :
In this role you will independently execute design and documentation tasks across all project phases, actively participating in discussions, managing consultants, and assisting project leadership. This role requires strong design aptitude, advanced Revit skills, and effective communication.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop plans, renderings, elevations, and sections.
  • Adapt and modify techniques for design evaluation, incorporating budgets, codes, and materials.
  • Collaborate with MEP and construction teams during the design process.
  • Prepare design presentations, construction documents, and maintain submittal logs.
  • Coordinate consultant documents, including plans and estimates.
Additional Duties:
  • Support project leadership and engage in continuing education.
  • Pursue growth in team, project, and client management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Required: Bachelor of Architecture, 3+ years of design experience, completed AXP, and professional portfolio.
  • Preferred: Master of Architecture, LEED GA, WELL, and Sustainable Building Materials certifications.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong service orientation, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Advanced Revit skills for modeling, documentation, and error handling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, CAD, Enscape, Bluebeam, Newforma, Deltek Vision, and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with occasional site visits.
  • Involves sitting, repetitive motions, and communication for extended periods.
