They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projects Company Details:

Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
- Review design documents and construction estimates
- Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
- Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Degree in Architecture preferred
- Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
- Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
- Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats
Compensation/Benefits:
- $55,000 to $75,000 base compensation
- 3 weeks' vacation
- 401k retirement plan with employer match
- Hybrid work schedule
