This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage architectural projects, with a focus on school and educational architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and construction documents for approval and construction. They will handle the project timeline review and ensure that the projects are executed as per the planned schedule. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural project management.Experience with educational/school architecture is required. Responsibilities1. Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and project timelines.2. Prepare design, development, and construction documents for approval and construction.3. Review project timelines and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.4. Specialize in school and educational architectural projects, ensuring the designs meet the specific needs and requirements of educational institutions.5. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.6. Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.7. Ensure all designs and constructions adhere to local building codes, regulations, and laws.8. Participate in project meetings and present project updates to all stakeholders.9. Oversee the work of junior architects and provide them with guidance and support.Qualifications1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management under the supervision of a Registered Architect.3. 2-5 years of experience in school and educational architecture.4. Strong proficiency in preparing design, development, and construction documents for approval and construction.5. Proven experience in managing project timelines and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.6. Excellent leadership and project management skills.7. Strong communication and presentation skills.8. Proficiency in using architectural and design software.9. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.10. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and laws.11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.12.
