Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Be a subject matter expert and hosting educational seminars, both in-person and virtual Build and maintain relationships with key members of the project team, including owners, owner representatives, architects, construction managers, consultants, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors Use Insight/Construct connect in order to provide product substitution requestsRead and interpret construction documents; assist with the development of project specific detail drawings; analyze competitors' specifications and determine the best alternative solutions Review and assist in the preparation of submittal packagesUtilize strong influencing and sales skills to drive the placement of materials in specifications Perform in a team environment with other members of SOPREMA GroupCoordinate and present SOPREMA products to architects, consultants, and contractorsActively engage in industry associations, including but not limited to AIA, BOMA,CSI and IBECLog activities, prospects, projects, tasks, and track the status of projects using SalesforceOther duties as assigned by supervisorMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of three years' experience in similar architectural/specifier related roleWorking Conditions and/or Physical Demands:
Manage multiple projects with varying scopes Strong written and verbal communication skillsProven time management skills Willing to travel (when needed); Will vary depending on location within an assigned regionSalesforce or similar CRM experience Flexible work schedule; able to travel on evenings and weekends when necessary for sales meetings/trade showsAbility to work from home office
