ARDMS (AB) General Ultrasound Technician Full-Time | 5x8s ** Sign-on Bonus Eligible ** MLee Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various ultrasound procedures with a focus on delivering high-quality imaging and providing compassionate patient care. Primary Responsibilities for an Ultrasound Technician:

• Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound machines and related equipment.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and review imaging results.

Qualifications for an Ultrasound Technician:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
• Certification by the ARDMS (AB) (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) is required to be obtained within the first year of hire.
• 2 years of experience working as an Ultrasound Technician ( preferred, not required ).
• Proficiency in various ultrasound techniques and the use of equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
