What We're Looking For:

✅Experience:Commercial electrical&plumbing expertise, equipment troubleshooting, and repair.✅Certifications:OSHA 30-Hour required; Legionella Water Safety&Management certification preferred.✅Technical Skills:Familiarity withBuilding Management Systemsis a plus.✅Key Strengths:Strongproblem-solving, assessment, and observational skills.

✅MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH

Your Key Responsibilities:

Support and guideCommunity Directors of Maintenance (DOMs).EnsureLife Safety compliance, keeping residents, patients, and team members safe.Overseefacility conditionsto meet all regulatory standards.Train and mentormaintenance teamsfor optimal performance.Optimize use ofTELSfor reporting, work orders, and compliance tracking.Partner withcontractorsto ensure quality projects and repairs.Conductannual auditson safety, building conditions, and staff development.Serve as aLife Safety expertfor our regional teams.
