Job Description :

Pacifica Hotels is seeking an Area General Manager based in Cambria, CA. The Area General Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our Cambria Collection, including but not limited to: guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, sales/marketing, food & beverage, personnel supervision, yield management, loss prevention, human resources, accounting, parking lot, landscaping, community involvement.

* The Area General Manager will be based in Cambria, CA with primary responsibility as General Manager at Oceanpoint Ranch, with oversight of the 4 other properties in the Cambria Collection.

* Required outstanding leadership capabilities demonstrated by one's ability to direct and inspire all team members toward achieving award winning service, revenues and gross operating profits

* Oversight and direction of the entire hotel including but not limited to Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Food and Beverage Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping & Maintenance

* Knowledge of overall budgets, P&L responsibilities, menu design, food and beverage costs, buffet set-up's and contracts, RFP proposal processes, Sales Pro (or like sales contact manager), BEO's, sales solicitation including contracts and proposals

* Responsible for assisting in the writing and execution of each hotels Sales & Marketing Business Plan and Operating Budget

* Analyze, interpret and act upon statistical information and data on a daily basis

* This would include STAR report, Market Vision Reports (or like market reports), Yield Management reports, food costs and margins, ADR/Occupancy and RevPar

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000
