Area Leader - VALET LIVING : Job Details

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Area Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the timely and efficient collection of waste, recycling, and compost across 20 to 40 multifamily communities. This role includes supervising a team of 15 to 40 part-time Service Valets and ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards of quality within the assigned territory. This position requires a blend of hands-on leadership, team supervision, and strong organizational skills to deliver seamless operations and exceed service expectations. Hourly Pay Range: $22.00-$23.50 Schedule: The core work hours are 6:00 pm 12:30 am, with two additional flex hours and a 30-minute unpaid meal break to complete the 8-hour shift. Shifts may vary depending on business and operational needs. Work environment: Approximately 70% of time will be spent in the field managing and optimizing day-to-day operations, with the remaining 30% dedicated to administrative tasks from a home office.
